Personalized Care

BrightPay providers are direct primary care providers.  Our doctors have small than usual patient rosters which means they have the time to spend really getting to know and understand each patient.  BrightPay providers offer 30 minutes to 60 minute visits and next day appointments when needed.  This means they can really spend the time to learn the patient and personal the care that each one needs.  And when you're sick and need to get in right away, no problem, our doctors of next day (and in some cases same day) appointments.

Transparent Pricing

The BrightPay App lists all of the membership options for each of its contracted providers so the costs is clear.  If there are any additional lab or testing fees, we list that information too so members are aware beforehand where there may be any extra expenses.

Variety of Customizable Options


The BrightPay application offers a variety of memberships to fit every user's needs.  We offer primary care memberships with providers that are as low as $60/month to as high as $185/month.  Each membership offers something a little different.  For example, a user that doesn't go to the doctor that often might consider a membership option with a provider that has fewer in person visits a year but monthly telehealth visits.  While a member with a chronic condition might consider a membership with a doctor that offers unlimited in person visits, and telehealth visits along with a personal cell phone number for after hours messaging.  Whatever the need, our costume membership options can meet it.

Prevention and Wellness Education


The BrightPay Health application is focused on both increasing access to care and member utilization.  This is why the team wants its members to use their healthcare benefits so they can become the best and healthier versions of themselves.  This is why members who have Premium Rewards membership (or higher) can earn points to do the every things they need to do to stay healthy.  It's not easy to take off work for an annual doctor's appointment or to get your required screenings each year.  However with the help of our application, members will earn points for just reading our blogs, completing a health risk assessments and going to the doctor to stay healthy.

Common Questions

What is the value of the Essential Access Membership?


The essential access membership allows users to use the application to search for and shop providers in the area who offer a direct care program.  Members are able to see the provider's background, experience, specialty area of focus, and learn their expertise.  The Essential Access program also allows users to shop and compare different membership programs as well.

How long does it take to get started?

The process to get started with a memberships is fairly quick.  Use our mobile app to search for a provider and the membership of your choice.  Once you select the membership within the application you will then be enrolled with that provider's membership program.  From there you will receive an invoice for the provider's membership fee to be paid at that time.  Then a call or email notification from the provider's office occurs within 48 hours to get the new patient enrollment process started and first visit scheduled.

Who sets the provider or practice fees?

The monthly membership fees are determined by the provider and BrightPay Health team.  However, the provider sets the visit limits for each membership type and can include both annual and monthly caps. We try to keep the memberships at ranges users can afford while also ensuring our providers are compensated fairly for the level of care they deliver.

Is there IT or Technical support available?

Each member should have the ability to download the application from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  Once downloaded, create an account, and then browse from there.  While the application is very user friendly and fairly straightforward, if for some reason you encounter any problems, members can always reach out to our team for further assistance.

Are providers able to change their pricing?

We encourage providers to evaluate the membership offers at the end of each calendar year.  However, if consistent feedback regarding provider pricing occurs, we can revisit the fee agreement to make price adjustments as needed.

Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime? 

Members have the flexibility to change their subscription type at any time to meet their needs. However, we highly encourage each member to try a provider for 3-4 months first just to give the provider time to get to know the patient and your individual needs.
